What are your store hours?

We are open from Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm. We are closed on Holidays.

Do you also sell used games?

Yes, trade in happen everyday so it is more than likely we will have the game you are looking for in used condition

What is your return policy?

Any product purchased from us must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in good condition. Any damages will null and void the return.

Can I pre order a game or console?

Yes, we do allow preorders however, members will be able to pre order products at a much earlier time.

Do you offer Discounts?

Yes, we offer bundle deals on our products and members recieve 20% off as well.

Do you offer shipping?

We currently do not offer shipping, products purchased must be collected in store.

Can i check if a product is in stock before visiting?

Yes, you will have to send us a message via our contact form with any questions you may have. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
